Vom Royal Custom provides custom branding, laser engraving, embroidery, screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF), promotional products, and related customization services.

Our website currently serves as an informational website and quote request platform. We do not process payments or complete purchases directly through the website at this time.
 

2. Quote Requests
 

Submitting a quote request does not create a purchase agreement.
 

All pricing, production timelines, artwork approvals, and order details will be confirmed separately before production begins.
 

We reserve the right to refuse or decline any quote request at our discretion.
 

3. Artwork & File Uploads
 

Customers may upload logos, artwork, designs, photographs, or other files to request customization services.
 

By uploading files, you represent and warrant that:
 

• You own the artwork or have permission to use it.

• Your uploaded materials do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.

• Your uploaded content does not violate any applicable laws.
   

Vom Royal Custom is not responsible for verifying ownership of uploaded artwork.
 

The customer accepts full responsibility for any legal claims resulting from unauthorized use of submitted artwork.
 

4. Intellectual Property
 

Customers retain ownership of their original artwork.
 

You grant Vom Royal Custom a limited license to use uploaded files solely for:
 

• Preparing quotes

• Creating digital proofs

• Producing approved products

• Communicating regarding your order
   

We will never sell or intentionally distribute your artwork to third parties without your permission except as necessary to fulfill your order.
 

5. Proof Approval
 

When applicable, digital proofs may be provided before production.
 

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review:
 

• Spelling

• Colors

• Sizing

• Placement

• Artwork accuracy
   

Production begins only after approval has been received.
 

Vom Royal Custom is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
 

6. Production Times
 

Estimated production times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
 

Production schedules may vary due to:
 

• Material availability

• Equipment maintenance

• Shipping delays

• High order volume

• Other unforeseen circumstances
   

7. Order Changes & Cancellations
 

Because custom products are personalized, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
 

Any cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
 

8. Product Variations
 

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, slight variations may occur in:
 

• Color

• Engraving depth

• Print placement

• Embroidery

• Material texture

• Wood grain

• Leather characteristics
   

These variations are considered normal and are not defects.
 

9. Limitation of Liability
 

Vom Royal Custom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
